OK i am running windows 7 now at for me it runs great so far,HOWEVER now when i play BHD it is laggy as hell for me and i have switch to compatability mode, my speeds are still the same now as when i had vista, and another thing i noticed is when i press the K key during game its like the game is slowing down, so any suggestions would be great  |

I am also running it. It works right off the bat. But I would still update your video drivers by visiting the manufacturers website. Don't rely on the drivers initially installed during installation. You may also want to update your network adapters.

You updated your chipset, video, audio, and network drivers from the manufacturer?
When playing if you alt + tab out and look in task manager what processes are eating your CPU? I had a few machines that BHD would run at 100%, don't know why but I like lag so it helped me out.
Also when you press the K key it slows down, seems very weird. I would first get rid of the hacks, you may be activating them with the K key lol, jp
If you are out of the game, does the K key activate anything, as if it is mapped via some program or something?
