Help!!!!!!!!!! downloaded mw2 but when I go to run the game i get this error ... vid card doesnt support vertex shader 3.0 or better ... tried to run in compatability mode but didnt work. should i upgrade to another vid card and what vid card should i get without breaking the bank? lolllll .... put yur heads together .. im dying in bhddddddddddddddddddddd Dad! What card do you have now Salty? AGP, PCI or PCI Express? I use an EVGA 9800GTX+ the price for that card is 129 bones half of what I originally paid. 2 years ago. www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130339 This card runs everything well COD MW2 and Bad Company 2 are the latest games, no problem. But it is getting old and there are more recent cards for a little less. GeForce GTS 250 GeForce GT 240 or a little older GeForce 9800 GT The above are all better then what the minimum requirements are. 256 MB NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT or better or ATI Radeon 1600XT or better. I am not too familiar with ATi. Shop at Newegg.com or Frys.com for best prices. |

I’m pretty sure I have a EVGA 6600 GT and a 7600 GT they are both PCI express if your pc can support either of these let me know, also check the MW specs on either of these cards if they will work with the game I will ship you one probably the 7600 because it is a better card and it won’t cost you anything, I will check when I get home from work just to make sure I still have them pretty sure I do, I also have a 8800GT but the thing is about 15in long not many cases will hold it

I've got an Ati radeon 9700, the computer is a dimension 4550, with a Pentium R 4 CPU 2.40GHz processor. Still running XP home edition .... as far as the tech jargon goes ... I'm illiterate. this thing has hardley ever had a problem, most of the time its me fkin it up! lol ... i cant b sure what it would accept as far as another video card but ill try anything!

I would think that video card would work but what I found for specs on your dell it says its AGP so i'm not sure it will support PCI maybe swampy can find out because I have no problem shipping you one of mine

Better make sure what kind of pci slot you have salty. pci x 1 and a pci x 16
